An individual approach to junior football
Every child in our sessions is known by name, coached at their level and challenged at their pace. Groups are split by ability, not just age, so a nervous beginner is never thrown in with seasoned club players, and a confident player is never left coasting.
It means no child ever gets lost in the crowd. Quieter children are drawn in gently, more able players are always stretched, and every single one gets our coaches' attention, not just the loudest or the most confident.
- Weekly 1-hour sessions across North and East Leeds
- Ability-split groups, from first-timers to advanced players
- Experienced, DBS-checked coaches who put children first
- Runs all year round, even through the school holidays
How we coach
Train the Game and street football for today's kids
We've spent over a decade obsessed with one question: how do children really learn football? The answer took us back to the street, to the days kids played for hours with all ages and abilities, inventing their own games. That kind of play quietly built confident, quick-thinking footballers, without a cone in sight. Our curriculum, Train the Game, brings that back for today's children.
A real, written curriculum
Most places make it up week to week. Every Foot-Tech session is planned and builds on the last, so your child follows a genuine path, not a random kickabout.
Coaches who understand children, not just football
Our team are professional football coaches who also work in primary schools, trained on courses across the UK and Europe. They know how children learn, grow and stay motivated, so your child is always coached as a child first.
They learn by playing
Children are in games from the first minute, with team-mates and opponents and real decisions to make. More touches, more fun, and skills that actually show up when it counts, not just neat moves against cones.
The child, not the result
We're not a team chasing the league title. We focus on making your child better and more confident at their own pace, whatever their starting point.
Whether your child is brand new to football, already plays for a team and wants to get better, or simply wants to play without any pressure, they'll learn somewhere positive and encouraging, free of the nonsense that can creep into youth football. They'll improve. And they'll have a brilliant time doing it.

Don't take our word for it
My son absolutely loves it at Foot-Tech. He's on his 3rd week and he looks forward to it all week! As soon as he did his taster session he immediately wanted to go back. Foot-Tech are a very supportive company, always around to help and support their players. I recommend them 100%.
Nick his coach has been brilliant with him and Caiden does nothing but say good things about everyone there. His confidence has come on so much, and to hear how excited he gets before each session is brilliant. The impact it has had on Caiden already is fab.
The coaches were great at settling Blake in his early sessions and the support he has had since has been top drawer. We have seen a big improvement in just a few weeks in both his football skills and his interactions with others in the group.
Common questions
Before you book
What if they've never played before?
That's exactly who we're for. Groups are split by ability, so beginners start alongside other beginners and never feel out of their depth. We coach children taking their very first kicks right through to those already playing at a high level. Your child does not need to be any good to start. That's our job.
My child is shy. Will they cope?
Honestly, this is what we do best. Our coaches are brilliant at settling nervous children in, and we'll never put a child on the spot or single them out. Confidence grows session by session, and parents tell us it shows up at school too.
Can we try before committing?
Absolutely. Your first session is a completely free taster, with nothing to pay and no details needed beyond booking your place. If you join, you're covered by our 4-session guarantee: a full refund if your child decides it's not for them.
How do payments work?
Monthly by direct debit, fully in your control. No long contract, and you can cancel any time with no penalty.
