Absolutely not. You are free to cancel at any time with no penalty charges.

For extended holidays we offer 1 payment holiday per year, where you only pay for the sessions you attend that month. For ad-hoc missed sessions we can offer a make-up session if there's space at another session time in your child's age group. Just email us and we'll do our best to arrange it. We don't offer refunds for missed sessions, but we always try to make them up for you.

Our motto is 'if it's raining, we're still training!', and we really do put that to the test. If it's safe to play, we train. If the ground is frozen or waterlogged we'll cancel or arrange an alternative venue, and parents are informed at least 1 hour before the session. We're big believers in getting children outdoors for the physical and mental health benefits, so we always do what we can to get a session on.

Yes. Our weekly sessions run all through the school holidays, even when our holiday camps are on. The only break is between Christmas and New Year. The exceptions are Speed Training, After-School Clubs and daytime First Touch sessions, which are term-time only.

Yes. Every child's first session is a completely free taster with no obligation, and if you join, there's a 4-session guarantee where you get 100% of your money back if your child doesn't want to continue.

Yes. Every Foot-Tech coach is DBS checked, and our holiday camps are Ofsted registered. You can read our safeguarding and child protection policies on our policies page.
