Full Home Football Session

This is an online 121 we did with one of our clients, Dara.

Dara is currently playing for Leeds United u18’s and is aiming to stay fit durning lockdown. This sessions tests passing, receiving and fitness for football.

Do the session then repeat it 2-3 times per week and aim to add more to the exercises each time.
