Home Training Session

Here is another home training session for you to have a go at.

Today we have two activities where players are trying to hit targets. In the first they are seeing how many shots it will take them to hit another ball into a goal (or target) and in the second one they will be trying to bounce a ball in and out of a target area.

I (Nick) found those two in particular really challenging! I’d love to see some videos of how you guys are all getting on with them.

The session finishes with a scanning activity where players are getting used to having a last look around to see what is happening in the game as the ball is coming towards them – something all the top players do really well!
