STOP Coaching Kids To Play Out From The Back

There’s an obsession with grassroots football coaches when it comes to playing out from the back and playing through the thirds.

It comes from a good place – coaches want to play ‘attractive’ football instead of hitting the ball up field all the time.

BUT, focusing too much on playing out from the back can actually be harmful to junior football players and their overall development.
