Tips for Cold Weather Football
Our advice for the the colder months

The WORST thing you can do is use bad weather as an excuse to stop your child’s outdoor activities.
It does nothing for them except keep them in the dreaded comfort zone…
and we know that nothing good happens in those comfort zones!
For years we’ve had kids as young as 3 playing football outdoors in all weather and guess what?
NONE of them:
Melted in the rain
Froze in the cold
Were blown away by the wind
But guess what DID happen?
They built resilience which gives them an advantage for later in life
They got better at football faster than those who cried off in the winter
They got all the benefits of fresh air and more time being active
