Want your team to be fitter for football?
Then play football!
Take inspiration from Marcelo Bielsa and introduce some ‘Murder-Ball’ to your sessions:
Have balls in your hand ready to quickly roll back in once the ball goes out of play
No stoppages – don’t stop play for accidental fouls, aim to keep it going at all times
Small-sided – reduce the numbers of players on the pitch so they have to work harder and are continuously involved.
Your players will leave sweating and smiling
