Young Sports Leaders Foot-Tech Training Day

A massive well done to this awesome group of future coaches

Today we invited our Young Sports Leaders to a special training day.

As part of our investment into their coaching education we put on a morning of learning all about what it takes to become a good coach.

They then spent the afternoon working alongside our coaches who were blown away by their enthusiasm.

They didn’t have to do come. It was completely optional but they each gave up a day of their half-term break to come along.

Very proud of you all.

Putting something together for young people who have been members at Foot-Tech was a goal of ours this year.

We wanted to offer something whereby our older players could stay in the Foot-Tech family and we invest in them for the long-term.

To be able to offer them a chance to gain a recognised sports qualification and valuable work experience (which is also really fun!) is something we are delighted with.

The future of football coaching is bright
